Hello, I urgently need to find call from specific number from past 2 months. Unfortunately my iphone only keeps logs up to week back and my bill doesn't have all of the calls, its weird. Some calls on the bill are only 3 to 5 numbers long, they look incomplete. Can someone please help me out with this?

When my bill was changed to unlimited they stop itemising everything. Last year they made me pay $25 for an itemised call list after talking to them on chat. I'm glad I googled it again, as this has saved me paying for it again.

I work in a samll office with 3 CISCO SPA504G handsets (IP phones). My boss needs my help to retrieve an answered call record on his SPA504G Phone's CallHistory. However this call took place 6 months ago. The 'AnsweredCalls' in CallHistory on the phone shows only about last 60 items.

Is there a way I can retreive an answered call (that long ago??) in the phone's call history? Btw, our TeleComm service provider is Telstra. I have already contacted them for this. They told me that there is no-way they can retrieve a call that called us even if we request it (as it breaches other people's privacy) only the number we dialed from our phone/landline.

But the scheme won't give customers access to information about another party to a communication with them, such as who called them (this information is collected though, and can be handed over to law-enforcement agencies).

Still, the move will provide customers with much more access than they otherwise would've had through Telstra's MyAccount portal or through their monthly bills, with information being made available to include "the actual location of the cell tower an outgoing call was connected to when the call was made".

Despite this, it has handed over access to some metadata over the time of the complaint, but not all of the information it provides to law-enforcement. For example, it has argued that to provide incoming call record logs (who has called a customer) would be in breach of that person's privacy.

Starting April 1, for a fee \\u2014 information about who they've called, the time, location and duration. It does not include the content of a communication, such as the detail of what you said or wrote in an email or SMS.

The Teams PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) and SMS usage report in the Microsoft Teams admin center gives you an overview of calling and audio conferencing activity in your organization. The Calling Plans tab shows information including the number of minutes that users spent in inbound and outbound PSTN calls and the cost of these calls. The Direct Routing tab shows you information including the SIP address and call start and end times. Use the information in this report to gain insight into PSTN usage in your organization and help you to investigate, plan, and make business decisions.

The Shared Correlation ID only exists in the exported Excel file that you download and indicates that two or more calls are related.The following explains the different scenarios, and when Shared Correlation ID is present.
