All questions are answered by a real person behind the screen — someone who listens with empathy and responds with care. This isn’t a bot or auto-reply system.

❓How can I get a reply?

If you're using the live chat, you may get an instant reply. If you're posting in the question forum, we try to respond within 24–48 hours.

❓Is this a professional counseling service?

No, this is a peer-support space, not a medical or therapy service. We're students and mental health allies — not certified therapists. But we’ll always listen with heart and respect.

❓Is it free?

Yes, 100% free. Always.

❓ What if someone posts something harmful or abusive?

We strictly monitor all submissions. Any harmful, abusive, or triggering content is immediately removed. You can also report it through our contact section.

❓ Can I donate anonymously?

Yes! Amazon only shares the email ID of the sender. You may use any account you like. Your name is not displayed publicly.

❓Why not use UPI or bank?
