Please read our policies before booking. Thank You!!!

• Wigs, Frontals and Closures are to be dropped off 3-4 days before your appointment, failure to do so will result in a same day customization fee of $150 being charged.

• Please label your wig, frontal or closure with your name before dropping off.

• When coming to your appointment please ensure your hair is product free(no grease or any product) and dry(no damp hair please).

• No extra guest, unless discussed.

• No online payment is accepted at the salon, cash only. 

• When booking your appointment please be deposit ready. Deposit must be made 48 hours after booking your appointment No deposit means no appointment.

• We work strictly by appointment. Please do not show up and expect to be serviced.

• Please note that the washing of wigs is a separate service and is not included in your service unless you require such which would cost $100.

• Extra styling is an additional cost.

• Any squeeze ins are an additional fee of $150. “No Exceptions”

• Cancellation are to be done 24 hours before appointment.

• If you can not make it to your appointment, please contact me and let me know. No call and no shows are unacceptable and as a result you will be black listed.

• Please cancel your appointment if you are experiencing flu like symptoms. Please keep in mind my clients and I will be at risk and if we are exposed to your symptoms, it will affect my clients day to day plans as well as mines. Please be mindful of this.

• You are allowed one reschedule using your same deposit, no longer than a month. No refunds.

• Please be on time! I work on a schedule. After 30 minutes Late fee will be charged. After 1 hour your appointment will be cancelled.

• Telisha Exotic Styles has the right to cancel appointment when suitable.

• Closed on Sundays and Mondays.
