Delete Your Televo Support Account
You can permanently delete your Televo Support account and all associated data at any time:
In the app: open Televo Support → Settings → Delete account → confirm. This is immediate and irreversible.
By email: if you cannot access the app, email isa@televo.uk from your account email and ask us to delete your account. We will remove it within 30 days.
What is deleted: your app profile, live-chat messages, support tickets, any attached screenshots, and your notification token are all permanently deleted.
What is kept: your purchase/order history on our website is billing data and is retained as required by law; it is separate from your app account.
