CB Project Ltd. Şti. (“CB Project,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Teleprompter Pro-X mobile application.
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Teleprompter Pro-X.
1. Information We Collect
Teleprompter Pro-X does not require users to create an account.
We do not directly collect, store, sell, rent, or share personal information through the app.
We do not use your personal information for advertising or tracking across apps and websites.
2. Scripts and Text Content
Scripts that you write, paste, import, edit, or save in Teleprompter Pro-X remain stored locally on your device.
Your scripts are not uploaded to CB Project servers and are not accessible to us.
If you import text from the clipboard or a file, the app accesses that content only when you choose to use the import feature.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to use any text or content imported into the app.
3. Camera and Microphone Access
Teleprompter Pro-X may request access to your device’s camera and microphone so that you can record videos and audio while reading your script.
Camera and microphone access is used only when you activate the relevant recording features.
CB Project does not receive, access, monitor, or store your camera or microphone recordings.
4. Photos and Media Library
The app may request permission to save completed video recordings to your device’s Photos library.
Recordings are saved locally on your device and are not uploaded to CB Project servers.
The app does not access unrelated photos or videos unless access is required for a feature you deliberately choose to use.
5. Files and Clipboard
Teleprompter Pro-X may allow you to import scripts from text files or from your device’s clipboard.
The app accesses only the file or clipboard content that you choose to import.
Imported content is processed locally on your device.
6. Purchases
Teleprompter Pro-X may offer in-app purchases that unlock Pro features.
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. CB Project does not directly receive or store your full payment card details.
Apple may process purchase and transaction information in accordance with Apple’s own privacy policy and terms.
The app may receive limited transaction information from Apple to verify purchases, restore purchases, and determine whether Pro features should be available.
7. Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking
Teleprompter Pro-X does not use third-party advertising services.
Teleprompter Pro-X does not track users across apps or websites owned by other companies.
Teleprompter Pro-X does not sell personal information.
If analytics or diagnostic technologies are added in a future version, this Privacy Policy and the App Store privacy disclosures will be updated accordingly.
8. Device Permissions
Depending on the features you use, Teleprompter Pro-X may request permission to access:
• Camera
• Microphone
• Photos or media library
• Files
• Clipboard content selected by you
You can manage or revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings. Some app features may not function correctly if the necessary permissions are disabled.
9. Data Storage and Security
Scripts, projects, settings, and recordings are generally stored locally on your device.
Because we do not operate a user account system or cloud storage service for Teleprompter Pro-X, we do not maintain a central database containing your scripts or recordings.
You are responsible for protecting your device, maintaining backups, and preventing unauthorized access to locally stored content.
10. Data Retention and Deletion
You may delete scripts and projects from within the app.
You may delete recorded videos through the Photos app on your device.
You may remove locally stored app data by deleting the relevant content or uninstalling the application.
Because CB Project does not directly store your scripts, recordings, or account information on its servers, we generally do not have access to this content and cannot recover it after deletion
11. Children’s Privacy
Teleprompter Pro-X is not specifically directed toward children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us directly, please contact us so that we can review and address the matter.
12. Third-Party Services
Teleprompter Pro-X relies on certain services provided by Apple, including the App Store, StoreKit, device permissions, and operating-system features.
Your use of those services may be governed by Apple’s privacy policy and terms.
CB Project is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.
13. International Users
Teleprompter Pro-X may be available to users in different countries.
Since the app primarily stores content locally on the user’s device, CB Project generally does not transfer user-created scripts or recordings to its own servers
Any information processed independently by Apple is handled according to Apple’s applicable policies and legal obligations.
14. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your country or region, you may have rights relating to your personal information.
Because Teleprompter Pro-X does not directly collect or maintain user accounts, scripts, or recordings on CB Project servers, we may not possess personal information that can be accessed, corrected, or deleted.
