Telegram Video Downloader Introduction
Telegram Video Downloader is a Chrome extension that allows you to download videos, audios, and images from Telegram groups, channels, and conversations in batches in your browser.

"Download Month" at Media tab
"Download Month" at Media tab, for batch download all media files in the month.
Menu path: Group Info -> Media or Channel Info -> Media.
Usage: 1. Scroll down to the end of the month, and scroll up to the begin of the month. 2. Click "Download Month" button.

Batch Download
Collect most of the videos and images, and you can initiate a batch download on the popup page
*Audio files cannot be downloaded in batches
