Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of Mumbai, India.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes shall first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.
Arbitration: Unresolved disputes may be settled through binding arbitration.
Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action.
Severability: If any provision is held unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in effect.
