To promote digital equity and mental health of prisoners, more and more areas over the world like America, Canada and Australia are introducing internet access for prisoners.[1,2] However, the security is still the common concern. So, while providing meaningful digital access, the legal and rational limitations on Internet access are crucial tasks.

The prisoner survey and usage data suggested that prisoners felt much more in control of their lives in prison and much more confident in coping with technology in the outside world. [3]"

Record all packets flow information from prisoners' Internet activity.
