I've had on going problems with all 3 of my computers until I found Teki John. This guy is so honest, helpful & his prices are amazing. He got all 3 computers working really good & his price to fix all 3 computers & to retrieve pictures from my corrupt external hard drive was unbelievable compared to going any where else . My external hard drive was corrupt,  I wasn't able to open it to view or retrieve my pictures but Teki John worked on it for many hours until he was able to retrieve my pictures. I was so thankful that I found such an amazing & honest person to work on my computers. I emailed Tektroniks asking for a quote to diagnose and repair my computer. They had very good reviews which is why I decided to contact them. Expecting a costly fix, Tektroniks emailed me some instructions on how to further diagnose and fix my problems. It helped I'm a bit more computer savvy than the average person but their instructions worked. Tektroniks gave me free advice to fix my computer when I was willing to pay for them to do it. You won't find quality service like this anywhere else. - HG

One of the most helpful and honest computer repair businesses I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I sent an email with my issue and listed the different troubleshooting methods I had attempted, and I requested that Tektroniks take it in and look at it. Instead of taking in my laptop, I received an honest response back, stating that it sounded like there was not much left I could do.
