Located in a transitional zone between the city center and the suburbs, the house is developed on a small plot overlooking a park. It is structured on three levels: entrance and garage on the ground floor, living areas on the first floor and bedrooms on the second floor.
The exterior and interior surfaces are of exposed concrete, highlighting the monolithic nature of the structure. Apart from the openings leading to the four semi-open spaces, the longitudinal facades are protected by a band of wooden blinds that simultaneously resolves the scale of these facades.

A key element of the building is its resolution in plan, section, and elevation with the same central concept. The floors are spaced apart, creating slots in the volume, while emphasizing the antisymmetrical arrangement of the semi-open spaces.
The circulation is linear and parallel to the longitudinal axis of the building. In addition, vertical circulation is resolved around the central wall.
