Tej Doc Scanner is a document scanning and PDF utility app. It allows users to scan documents using the device camera, select images or documents from their device, edit and enhance scanned pages, and create or export PDF files.
Document processing is performed locally on the user's device unless a future feature clearly informs the user otherwise.
Tej Doc Scanner may access photos, documents, or files only when the user chooses them for scanning, editing, conversion, saving, exporting, or related app functions.
The developer does not upload or store users' scanned documents, photos, PDFs, or other document content on developer-controlled servers as part of the app's current functionality.
Users remain responsible for the documents and files they choose to process with the app.
The app may request access to the device camera so that users can scan documents.
Camera access is used only for app features that require taking photographs or scanning documents.
The developer does not remotely access or control the user's camera.
The app may request access required to open, create, save, export, or share documents and PDF files.
Files created or selected by the user are processed locally on the device.
The app does not intentionally collect the contents of these files for advertising, profiling, or sale.
Tej Doc Scanner does not require users to create an account or sign in for its current document-scanning functionality.
The app does not intentionally collect names, phone numbers, addresses, passwords, scanned identity documents, or other personal information for storage on developer-controlled servers.
Tej Doc Scanner displays advertisements provided through the Google Mobile Ads SDK.
Google Mobile Ads may automatically collect and process certain technical information, including IP address (which may be used to estimate general location), app and ad interactions, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers. This information may be used for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention purposes.
Data transmitted by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit.
Tej Doc Scanner does not provide users' scanned documents, photos, PDFs, or the contents of those files to Google Mobile Ads for advertising purposes.
The current version of Tej Doc Scanner does not use Firebase Analytics for app usage analytics.
We do not sell users' scanned documents, photos, PDFs, or personal document content.
Certain technical information may be collected or shared automatically by third-party services such as Google Mobile Ads as described above.
When a user intentionally shares, prints, exports, or saves a file using another application or service, that external service may process the selected file according to its own privacy policy.
Tej Doc Scanner currently uses Google Mobile Ads for advertising. Google's services may process technical device and usage information according to Google's applicable privacy policies and data-handling practices.
Other Android or Google Play platform services may also operate independently from Tej Doc Scanner.
Documents, images, projects, and exported files created or stored locally by Tej Doc Scanner remain on the user's device until the user deletes them, removes them through available app functions, clears applicable app data, or uninstalls the app, subject to Android storage behaviour.
Because the current app does not maintain a developer-controlled online account containing users' scanned documents, there is no remote document account that users need to request us to delete.
We take reasonable steps in the design of the app to minimize unnecessary collection and transmission of user information.
Users should also protect their device, backups, and exported documents, particularly when processing confidential or sensitive documents.
Tej Doc Scanner is a general document utility and is not specifically designed to collect personal information from children.
We do not knowingly collect children's personal information on developer-controlled servers through the app's current functionality.
We may update this Privacy Policy when app functionality, legal requirements, Google Play policies, or data-handling practices change.
Any updated version will be published on this page with an updated effective date where appropriate.
