Welcome to Peeche Tai Hai (“App”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the App, developed and published by Mayank (“we,” “us,” or “Service Provider”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms in full—so please read them carefully.

1. Intellectual Property
All content, code, artwork, and trademarks in the App are owned by the Service Provider. You may not copy, modify, translate, create derivative works from, or reverse‑engineer any part of the App. Any unauthorized use may infringe our intellectual property rights.

2. Updates and Changes
We’re always improving the App. We reserve the right to update features, adjust functionality, or introduce charges at any time—if charges ever apply, we’ll let you know in advance. Your continued use after an update means you accept those changes.

3. Ads and Third-Party Services
In “Peeche Tai Hai”, advertisements are active and served through Google AdMob. Ads may include:
Interstitial ads shown between levels,
Rewarded video ads that players may choose to watch voluntarily for in-game rewards, and
Banner ads displayed in non-intrusive areas of the screen.
All ads follow Google Play Developer Program Policies and applicable laws. We ensure that ads will never block essential gameplay or important UI elements.For players under the age of 18, ads are shown without personalization or behavioral targeting, and sensitive categories such as alcohol, gambling, and political content remain blocked.Your mobile data or internet connection is used only for loading and displaying ads through Google AdMob. We do not use your personal data for any other purpose, nor do we collect personally identifiable information without your explicit consent. Any analytics data collected is anonymized and aggregated, used only to improve the gameplay experience.

4. Internet and Data Usage
Some features require an internet connection (Wi‑Fi or mobile data). You’re responsible for any data charges from your carrier. If you run out of data or lose connection, certain parts of the App may not function properly.

5. Device Security
Please keep your device secure and avoid jailbreaking or rooting. Altering your device’s software can expose it to malware, interfere with app performance, and void any support we can offer.

6. No Warranty; Limitation of Liability
We strive to keep the App stable and up to date, but we can’t guarantee compatibility with every device or operating system. Use the App at your own risk. We are not liable for any damages—direct or indirect—arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

7. App Discontinuation
We may discontinue the App at any time without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends, and you agree to delete it from your device.

9. Children's Age Terms
This application is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or request any personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use this application. This app does not have any forms or features that collect personal information.
10.Update Delivery Policy for “Tai’s Adventure” via Firebase Remote Config
“Peeche Tai Hai” leverages Firebase Remote Config exclusively to orchestrate in-app update prompts that inform users when a new game version is available; these prompts consist solely of a brief release note and a direct link to our Play Store listing, and they are triggered only after the user has explicitly granted permission to receive such notifications. We strictly avoid any marketing or promotional messaging within these dialogs, and we limit their frequency to major or critical version releases. Under no circumstances is personally identifiable information shared with third parties—only anonymized device and app-version metadata are used to target Remote Config parameters. All data handling complies fully with the Google Play Developer Program Policies and Google’s Cloud Data Protection Standards. Users retain full control: update prompts can be dismissed immediately, and the entire feature can be disabled at any time via the Game Settings menu or through the device’s notification controls.
