Founded in 2007 by Dr. Jim Hoff, TEGNOS Research focuses on important economic and cultural issues within the “Borderlands” area of Southern Arizona and Sonora, Mexico. The primary mission of TEGNOS is “Bridging Boundaries” to increase mutual understanding and shared purpose for all residents of this unique bi-national community.
Let’s Speak Spanish is a learning experience designed for adults seeking to integrate into the unique bi-lingual culture of the Borderlands. The primary goal of the program is to build confidence for non-Spanish speakers to become more involved in activities that require knowledge of the Spanish language.
