Tefter is an internal application designed for salon owners and staff to manage appointments, employees, clients, and services. The app is not intended for use by salon customers.
We collect and process only the information necessary to provide the app’s functionality:
Account information: email address used for user authentication via Firebase Authentication.
Business records entered by users: email addresses and phone numbers for employees and clients, as entered by salon staff.
We use this information to:
create and manage user accounts,
allow salon staff to manage appointments and business records,
maintain the security and integrity of the app.
Your data is stored and processed using Google Firebase services (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore).
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share data with third parties except as required to operate the app through Firebase (Google) infrastructure or when legally required.
Data is retained for as long as the salon organization uses the app or until it is deleted by an authorized administrator.
