Welcome to TeezAppz Creations LTD. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at https://sites.google.com/view/teezappzcreations (the "Site") and any related applications, services, features, content, or products offered by TeezAppz Creations LTD (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Site and Services, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree with any part of these Terms, then you must not use our Services.
To make things clear, here are some definitions:
• "Company," "we," "us," or "our" refers to TeezAppz Creations LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to the individual or entity accessing or using the Site and Services.
• "Site" refers to https://sites.google.com/view/teezappzcreations.
• "Services" refers to the website, applications, features, content, and products provided by TeezAppz Creations LTD.
• "Content" refers to any text, graphics, images, music, software, audio, video, works of authorship of any kind, and information or other materials that are posted, generated, provided or otherwise made available through the Services.
You must be at least 13 years old, or have parental or guardian consent, to use our Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and are capable of forming a binding contract with TeezAppz Creations LTD. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.
Account creation is not required to use Teezle version 1.0. Game progress is saved locally on your device. Account creation and cloud save features will be introduced in a future update.
When you use the TeezAppz Creations LTD Site and Services, you agree to act responsibly and legally. This means you won't:
• Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, national, or international law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services or data contained therein.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or its related systems or networks.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Collect or store any personally identifiable information from the Services from other users without their express permission.
• Use the Services to transmit any computer viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or other items of a destructive nature.
All intellectual property rights in the Site and Services, including all Content, are owned by TeezAppz Creations LTD or its licensors. This includes copyrights, trademarks, design rights, and patents. The Teezle game, its name, bee and honey theme, visual design, logo, and all associated creative works are the exclusive property of TeezAppz Creations LTD. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the Content on our Site, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.
All purchases made through Teezle are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Prices are displayed in GBP (British Pounds Sterling). By making a purchase, you agree to the payment terms of the relevant store platform.
Virtual Currency and Items:
Honey is a virtual in-game currency used within Teezle. Honey and all virtual items purchased within Teezle have no real-world monetary value, cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for real money, and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. All sales of virtual items and currency are final.
Subscriptions:
• Teezle Premium subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal turned off in your device's Account Settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds for subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. We do not offer refunds directly.
Our Services might allow you to interact with content such as sharing game results. You retain any intellectual property rights that you hold in any content you generate. By sharing content through our Services, you grant TeezAppz Creations LTD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use that content in connection with operating and providing the Services.
You agree not to do any of the following:
• Post, upload, publish, submit, or transmit any Content that infringes third party rights or violates any applicable law.
• Attempt to cheat, hack, or exploit vulnerabilities in Teezle or its associated systems.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Services.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any TeezAppz Creations LTD system or network.
• Circumvent any technological measure implemented to protect the Services or Content.
The TeezAppz Creations LTD Site and Services may contain links to third-party websites or resources including Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and advertising networks. We are not responsible for the content, products, or services on or available from those websites or resources. Your interaction with those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies.
THE SERVICES AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, TEEZAPPZ CREATIONS LTD EXPLICITLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. We make no warranty that the Services will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER TEEZAPPZ CREATIONS LTD NOR ITS SUPPLIERS OR LICENSORS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA OR GOODWILL, SERVICE INTERRUPTION, COMPUTER DAMAGE, OR SYSTEM FAILURE ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES OR CONTENT. IN NO EVENT WILL TEEZAPPZ CREATIONS LTD'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO TEEZAPPZ CREATIONS LTD IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED POUNDS STERLING (£100) IF YOU HAVE NOT HAD ANY PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TeezAppz Creations LTD and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs and expenses, including reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of England and Wales without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. The exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be the courts located in England, and you waive any objection to such jurisdiction and venue.
We may terminate your access to and use of the Services, at our sole discretion, at any time and without notice to you. Upon any termination, discontinuation, or cancellation of the Services, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution provisions. We may modify these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. If we do so, we'll let you know either by posting the modified Terms on the Site or through other communications. If you continue to use the Services after we have posted modified Terms, you are indicating that you agree to be bound by the modified Terms. We'll always update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be struck, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire and exclusive understanding and agreement between TeezAppz Creations LTD and you regarding the Services and Content, and these Terms supersede and replace any and all prior oral or written understandings or agreements between TeezAppz Creations LTD and you regarding the Services and Content.
