Mary's approach to instructing yoga is fun, playful, exploring, challenging at times and finding ease in the moment.

Her mission is to share yoga techniques and philosophy in order to balance physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. 

Techniques include asana, breathing to reduce stress, centering, quieting the mind, and deep relaxation. With yoga methods such as these in our "toolbox", we always have access to "pull out a tool" to assist on this journey of life.
