This privacy policy applies to the TeeCraft app (hereby referred to as “App”, “The App”, or "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Ruchi Sancehti (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"). This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Information We Collect
TeeCraft uses a third-party AI service, fal.ai, to generate AI photos and designs explicitly requested by the user. We do not retain user input data after processing is complete, except where temporary storage is required to deliver the edited result to the user.
User input data (text prompts and images) is transmitted securely to the fal.ai only to generate AI-powered graphics and designs. Text prompts are processed temporarily and are not used for any other purpose.
To generate AI content, user-provided input is sent to the third-party AI service – fal.ai. The service processes the data only to complete the requested result and does not retain the data beyond processing.
We do not retain user input data after processing is complete, except where temporary storage is required to deliver the requested result to the user.
User input is processed only after explicit consent from the user. Users must agree to the “Data & Privacy Disclosure” before accessing any AI-powered features.
TeeCraft does not collect, detect, recognize, or identify face data or biometric information.
Users may upload images that contain faces while using AI-powered design tools such as AI Product Photoshoot. These images are processed solely to generate the requested designs, mockups, or AI-generated visuals. TeeCraft does not perform facial recognition, face tracking, biometric analysis, or identity verification.
Images uploaded by users are securely processed using the third-party AI service, fal.ai, solely to provide the app’s AI-powered features. Images are not sold, shared for advertising purposes, or used to identify individuals.
Uploaded images are processed temporarily for content generation purposes. TeeCraft does not store or retain facial biometric data and does not create user profiles based on facial features.
By uploading images and using TeeCraft’s AI features, users consent to the temporary processing of their images solely for generating requested content and mockups.
We take reasonable measures to ensure uploaded images are transmitted securely and handled in accordance with applicable privacy and security standards.
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
When they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
With their trusted service providers who work on their behalf, they do not have independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules outlined in this privacy statement.
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes that may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers.
If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (navratnabhaijain@gmail.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information that the Service Provider processes and maintains.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
