We have a 15 -day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants),CUSTOM PRODUCTS LIKE PERSONALIZED ITEM ORDERS and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Because our products are custom-made to order (including DTF transfers and DTG printed custom apparel), we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or minor color variations.
However, your satisfaction is our priority. A refund or replacement will be issued if:
Defective or Damaged Items: The product arrives damaged or has a clear manufacturing defect.
Printing Errors: The print quality does not meet professional standards or differs significantly from the approved design.
Incorrect Item: You received the wrong size, color, or design than what was ordered.
To initiate a claim, please contact us at tee-machine@usa.com within [e.g., 7 or 15] days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Orders enter our production queue shortly after they are placed.
Custom Designs: If work has already begun on a custom design or the transfer has been printed, the order cannot be canceled.
Stock Items: If the order has not yet been processed, you may request a cancellation for a full refund.
We prefer to resolve any issues directly with our customers. If you have a problem with your order, please reach out to our customer service team before initiating a formal dispute through your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If a return is authorized for a defective product, we will cover the cost of the return shipping or the shipping for the replacement item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Policy (Important)
If a refund is approved, please note the following:
Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping charges and a standard transaction processing fee (approx. 3%) are non-refundable. These are costs charged by third-party payment processors and shipping carriers that are not recovered by the shop.
Processing: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
