"My true essence"
Don’t you sometimes feel like everyone around you isn’t genuine? Like if you’re just meeting the same person over and over again, well, you are not alone and I want you to feel safe and seen in my talk. Ever since I was a little girl, i’ve been amazed every time I see a person wearing a unique outfit, just like if they were the only human being on earth. Everyone knows confidence is key, but how can I be confident when no one around me seems to understand me? This and many other questions will be answered and analyzed in my talk. See it as a deep talk with a very good and intimate friend and just feel free to let yourself be.
“Beyond concrete”
In my TED Talk, I share how spending time in nature has helped me feel better and live a happier life. Ever since I was a child, I noticed that being outside made me feel calmer and more focused. Later on, I discovered that science actually supports this. Studies show that nature helps reduce stress, slow down our heart rate, and improve how our brain functions. I also talk about the concept of biophilia, which means that we, as humans, have a natural connection to nature and living things. Unfortunately, many of us now spend most of our time indoors and in front of screens, which can increase stress and reduce our happiness. Through my personal experiences and simple examples, I encourage others to reconnect with nature. Even small moments like walking in a park or watching the sunset, can make a big difference. My message is clear: nature is good for us, and we should make it a part of our everyday lives.
“Modern Slavery in Mexico, An urgent message for the youth”
When we think of slavery, the first thing that comes to our mind is the past. People in chains, ships filled with human beings treated like merchandise, empires built on the suffering of others. We like to believe that those dark times are gone. That humanity overcame that chapter. But the truth is much darker.
Slavery never disappeared, it simply changed its face, it changed its name, it became silent, invisible. Today, it exists right in front of us, every single day, everywhere. They call it modern slavery.
People forced to work, to live exploited, threatened, beaten, sold as if they were objects. And Mexico is no exception. Here, in our own country, over 850,000 people are trapped in this reality. A problem that almost no one sees. Or worse... that many choose not to see.
It's time to open our eyes.

“The journey to find yourself while surviving high school”
Learning from our mistakes is essential in the pursuit of identity. That was something I didn't know back when I was a freshman. When I first started high school, I used to hang out with the wrong kind of people, who would constantly assault me and each other as well. They used to drag me to do the same thing, until one day they stopped talking to me out of nowhere. That event altered my perception of life and made me feel depressed for weeks, until I started to fase what was about to come and working on me for the first time. This is a story about forgiving yourself and others, about realizing that everything gets better if you are willing to get better. In the healing journey you Will get to find yourself, by learning and facing the best and the worst thing about you.
“How society influences our identity, personality (enneagram), and mental health”
I’ve been questioning a big part of my life who am I? And I know I’m not the only one, in this TEDx I’ll be trying to explain a little bit how every factor in our life influences our identity, personality and our mental health.
Since childhood our parents started teaching us different things, somehow a lot of them end up being part of our identity, by the time we grow up, we meet new people, and have new experiences, and our interests begin to change...
Every factor in our life, from our family and friends to the tv shows we watch make a big part of our identity and personality, believe it or not, there is system that categorizes individuals into nine distinct types based on their core motivations, fears, and behaviors, this system is the enneagram.
The enneagram helps us gain a deeper understanding of ourselves, this is important because not knowing who we are and being in this constant questioning it, can negatively affect our mental health.
Mental health starts developing in childhood, influenced by how we are raised, as we grow, life events change our perspective and mental state... We are in constant change, which also interferes in our thoughts, feelings, etc.

“From Whispers to Roars: How to Connect with Your Inner Self?”
“Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom,” Aristotle once said—and that journey begins with finding your voice. In this talk, we’ll explore the concept of “your voice” not just as how you speak, but as the essence of your identity: your values, emotions, and the choices you make when facing challenges.
In a world that often prioritizes conformity over individuality, many have lost touch with their inner voice.
I’m here to challenge that notion.
Through reflection and storytelling, we’ll uncover how reclaiming your voice can lead to greater self-awareness, deeper connections, and a more meaningful life.
You’ll be invited to question the stories that have kept you silent and leave with the tools to rediscover the power within you. Because your voice matters—not just to you, but to the world around you.

“Choose your beliefs”
A single moment—a car crash—unraveled a quiet chain of events I hadn’t noticed before. It wasn’t just about impact or error, but the invisible threads that wove the path to that second. Some were patterns, others were chance. In tracing them back, there are two concepts which could explain how moments and decisions often echo deeper structures or fleeting chaos. This talk is not about blame or luck, but about the strange dance between order and unpredictability that shapes our lives. Through my story, we’ll explore how the lines between cause and coincidence are often blurrier than they seem.
