Our Organisers

Molly is the license holder for TEDxLIPA and will be acting as co-producer. Molly is a second year entertainment management student at LIPA, prior to which she spent 4 months exploring Western Australia on her gap year. Previous projects Molly has worked on include Glastonbury festival, Musicport festival and Wine Machine festival in Australia, as well as working on TV and film sets, working at Liverpool Philharmonic Hall, and founding her own company. She has also managed and consulted artists and acted as an assistant to high-profile talent. Outside of working, Molly enjoys playing piano & guitar, and learning various languages.

In the future, Molly aims to work within film and television as a producer, with particular focus on scripted HETV.

Molly’s ultimate goal is to help people to reach their potential within themselves and their career.

Keeley is the co-producer of TEDxLIPA. Keeley is in her second year as a LIPA management student but before university she was involved in a number of projects across the arts including producing a song which peaked in the top 20, being a part of the logistical team on a festival held in Conwy Castle, stage managing at various small festivals as well as being a team member in a disco company. In her spare time, Keeley enjoys playing guitar and drums, and has previously performed in front of an audience of over 300. She also enjoys skiing and painting.

In the future, Keeley hopes to gain experience in producing her own festivals as well as tour management.

Keeley’s main goal is to increase participation and enjoyment in music and the performing arts.

Holly is the Assistant Producer of TEDxLIPA. Holly is in her 1st year at LIPA studying Management of Music, Theatre, Entertainment and Events. Before university, she was training as a professional dancer and, as such, has a solid work ethic. Holly also takes part in and teaches Yoga. She also enjoys fitness, long walks and organising just about anything!

In the future, Holly's dream is to work with Social Media Influencers or work within Reality TV.

Holly's ultimate goal is to create her own successful business.
