Teddy Sim (Research)

Teddy’s research probes into different geographical regions in Asia in the early modern – modern (19th-century) historical period; as well as aspects of fieldwork pedagogy. His research utilized both western and eastern sources. Teddy’s research focus, while he is in CCU, has shifted to explores the communicative channels of the missionary orders in Asia and revolving the island of Taiwan.
