Issues

If I have the chance to serve another term, I would continue to work to make North Salt Lake an even better place to raise a family.  For me, this means North Salt Lake becomes more:

Beautiful, 

Safe, and 

Welcoming.

I am working for: 

• Better parks and trails including improvements to Hatch Park and more accessible mountain trails.  

• Streets that are safer to walk or bike along.  

• Neighborhoods and commercial areas that are more beautiful - from tree plantings to more attractive new buildings.  

• A welcoming city that offers a variety of homes and neighborhoods to meet the needs of all residents.  Providing housing choices that address today's affordability challenges.  Prioritizing home ownership opportunities.

• A city that supports its businesses and welcomes new businesses.

• A fiscally sustainable city - a city that looks for efficiencies to ensure we have a healthy budget and long-term fiscal outlook, and 

• An environmentally sustainable city, where water conservation is prioritized, air quality is considered in local decisions, and we address a hotter climate.
