Joe and Kristin are elementary educators with a passion for Ed Tech. What has now grown into a personal passion, they work to share what they learn with others. They strive to find, learn, and use the most effective methods available to help students learn and their goal is to help others teachers learn what tools they have at their disposal.
How often do we sit through a professional development session where some new form of technology is introduced? The presenter does their thing and then you are left to implement the technology alone, in your classroom on your own time. There isn't anyone around to ask questions to or to share small accomplishments with. This is why we created Techspert Tutorials. We want to share our passion of Ed Tech with others and be the people who will help you along the way as your try something new. Our goal is to make using Ed Tech fun--not frustrating!
This site is a place where we will share various Ed Tech tools that have already been tested out in our own classrooms. Then we will briefly summarize the tool, share ways to implement it into your classroom and even include a tutorial video to help get you started. If you run into problems along the way or find yourself with a question--just reach out to us and ask! We would also love to hear back if you find a new and innovative way to implement the tool into your own unique learning environment.
Remember--YOU are the best at knowing what is needed in your classroom and YOU know your strengths and weakness best. Don't be afraid to learn!
