1. Overview

Torch Light ("the App") is provided by Tech Seekers ("we", "us", "the Service Provider") as a free application. The App does not require an account, does not ask you to enter any personal information, and does not collect precise location data.

The App is supported by advertising. This policy explains what information is collected in connection with showing ads, who collects it, and what choices you have.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, request, or store:

• Your name, email address, or other contact details

• Precise (GPS-level) location

• Photos, contacts, messages, or other personal files on your device

• Any information you would need to create an account, because no account exists

3. Advertising and Automatically Collected Information

The App displays ads to keep it free to use. Ads are served through Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK). [In upcoming versions, ads may also be served through mediation via Meta Audience Network and Unity Ads, in addition to Google AdMob.]

To show, measure, and personalize ads, and to prevent fraud, these ad providers may automatically collect information such as:

• Advertising ID (a resettable identifier, not your name or account)

• General device information (device model, operating system version, language, screen size)

• IP address (used to approximate a general region, not your precise location)

• App performance and diagnostic data (e.g. crashes, ad impressions/clicks)

This information is collected and processed directly by the ad providers listed below, under their own privacy policies — it is not sold or otherwise shared by us for any other purpose:

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the UK, or Switzerland, you may see a consent prompt (managed via Google's consent tools and/or the ad networks above) asking you to choose whether ads are personalized, in line with applicable consent requirements.

4. Third-Party Access

We do not share personally identifiable information with third parties, because we do not collect any. The advertising partners named in Section 3 independently collect certain device and usage data as described above, solely for the purpose of delivering and measuring ads within the App.

We may disclose any information we do hold (such as support emails you send us) only:

• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;

• when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud;

• to service providers who act strictly on our behalf and are bound to use the information only as instructed.

5. Your Choices

• Ad personalization: You can opt out of personalized advertising on Android via Settings → Google → Ads → "Opt out of Ads Personalization," or reset your advertising ID from the same menu.

• Uninstalling the app stops any further collection of information through the App.

• Where a consent prompt is shown (see Section 3), you can change your ad-personalization choice from within that prompt.

6. Data Retention

Because the App does not collect personal information directly, we do not retain user-provided personal data. Any data processed by our advertising partners is retained according to their own privacy policies, linked in Section 3. If you contact us by email, we retain that correspondence only for as long as needed to respond to and resolve your inquiry.

7. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and is not directed at soliciting data from or marketing to children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at techseekersco@gmail.com so we can take appropriate action.

Where the App is made available to a general or mixed-age audience, advertising may be configured to serve non-personalized ads to users who are identified as children, in line with Google Play's Families and Advertising ID policies.

8. Security

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to help protect information handled in connection with the App. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time, including to reflect new advertising partners or features (such as the addition of Meta Audience Network and Unity Ads mediation). We will post the revised policy on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

10. Your Consent

By using the App, you consent to the processing of information as described in this Privacy Policy, as it may be amended from time to time.
