The purpose of this project is to evaluate any instructional technology needs that can be offered by the Center for Online Learning & Teaching Technology at the University of Texas - Rio Grande Valley.

The assessment and strategic plan will be broken down into three parts: survey, analysis, and implementation plan.

Part #1: Survey/Needs Assessment

A survey will be created using Qualtrics and placed in a module in Blackboard at UTRGV and as a footer in all support case tickets by faculty that get resolved.

Part #2: Analysis of Needs Assessment

After the data is collected, the team will analyze the data and provide a report to assess the instructional technology recommendations in the survey.
