VPN - Virtual Private Network - Used to encrypt your data and to add a layer of privacy to protect or identity while using a device. VPN Video
ISP - Internet Service Provider - The company that is able to provide you with access to the Internet, typically from a computer.
IP - Internet Access -A numerical label assigned to each device connected to a computer network.
DNS - Domain Name System - Phonebook of the Internet. Individuals access information online through domain names, like nytimes.com or espn.com. Web browsers interact through Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. DNS translates domain names to IP addresses so browsers can load Internet resources.
URL - Uniform Resource Locator - Simplest way to understand an URL is the address or location of something on the internet. For example, the URL of the WordPress Foundation's website is: http://www.wordpress.org.
Cross Platform - A cross-platform computer product or system is a product or system that can work across multiple types of platforms or operating environments.
