This is the system we used for scoring the capstone by using a magnet on a pulley system and a magnet on the capstone. When the beam went up, the pulley string tightens and holds the capstone stable.
This is the first season that we are using a viper slide. It was challenging to build but incredibly satisfying to use as it worked smoothly and fast. More over it was incredibly thin making it perfect for the angle we needed for this seasons competition
