Leser might alter any agreements of the Agreement with the Customer's assent. The Customer's assent will be considered as given on the off chance that (I) advises the Customer of the proposed changes in message structure (for example by email) with a satisfactory notification period (normally a month) and (ii) the Customer doesn't protest the adjustment of text structure (for example by email) before the change becomes compelling. In its warning to the Customer, fleetster will unequivocally help the Customer to remember this result.

Severability

Assuming any arrangement contained in the Agreement is or becomes ineffectual or is held to be invalid by a capable power or court, any remaining arrangements of the Agreement will stay in full power and impact, and the Parties will concur in with a sense of sincere resolve to substitute the insufficient or invalid arrangement by a substantial and enforceable arrangement having a monetary impact as comparable as conceivable to the first arrangement.
