I'm pretty bad with phones. I might actually be their best customer and I'm not proud of that. But honestly, every single time I've gone there and think my phone is toast, they are able to fix it within 30 minutes. Today I had Abe and he was awesome and quick and super friendly. I legit thought my phone was a goner but Abe quickly brought my device back to life

Wanna talk about a professional experience, Abe met me while I was in the lunch line at the Root Cafe and had my iPhone with a new screen in hand before I could place my order!! Fast, friendly, and professional. The screen is perfect, and the price was right. The experience couldn't have been better! If you need a new iPhone screen and only have 30 min for lunch, they will meet you where you are!
