By downloading or using our application, these terms and conditions ("Terms") will automatically apply to you. We advise you to read these Terms carefully before using the application. You are NOT allowed to copy or modify our application, any part of the application, or our trademarks in any way. You are NOT allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the application or to translate the application into other languages or make derivative versions. The application itself, as well as all the trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, are owned by TechLion LTD.

We are committed to ensuring that our application is as useful and efficient as possible. For this reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the application or to charge for its services at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the application or its services without making it clear to you exactly what you are paying for.

Our application stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us in order to provide our services. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the application secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. Doing so may make your phone vulnerable to malware, viruses, and other malicious programs, compromise your phone's security features, and prevent our application from working properly or at all. We also recommend that you do not uninstall or delete your app data and cache as it may not be recoverable, and you may lose all your progress so far.

While we recommend accessing our app without the use of third-party tools, we understand that some users may encounter regional restrictions or other technical limitations. If you do choose to use any such tool, please note that we require a minimum eCPM rate for all ad impressions and some countries may not function properly. It is also important to comply with all other terms and conditions in our agreement, including those related to fraud prevention, user behavior, and prohibited activities such as:

• Using any automated system, software, or device to access, scrape, crawl, or collect data from our app.

• Interfering with the proper functioning of our app, including by introducing viruses, Trojans, or other harmful code.

• Using any kind of tool to artificially increase the number of ads you receive.

• Impersonating another person or entity, or falsely representing yourself or your affiliation with any person or entity.

• Publishing or sharing any content that is defamatory, abusive, obscene, or otherwise offensive.

• Engaging in any activity that could harm or harass any other user or third party.

• Encouraging others to engage in prohibited activities.

• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to our app or user accounts.

• Engaging in any fraudulent activity, such as generating fake ad impressions or clicks.

Please note that using third-party tools does not guarantee that you will always receive ads. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of our terms of service, including the use of third-party tools.

Our application does use third-party services that declare their own terms and conditions. You can find links to the terms and conditions of these third-party service providers within our application.

Please be aware that there are certain things that we cannot take responsibility for. Certain functions of the application will require an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. However, we cannot take responsibility for the application not working at full functionality if you do not have access to Wi-Fi and you have used up all of your data allowance.

If you are using the application outside of an area with Wi-Fi, please remember that the terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. You may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the application, or other third-party charges. By using the application, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the application outside of your home territory (i.e., region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using the application, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the application.

We cannot always take responsibility for the way you use our application. Please make sure that your device stays charged. If it runs out of battery and you cannot turn it on to avail our services, we cannot accept responsibility.

With respect to our responsibility for your use of our application, when you are using the application, it is important to bear in mind that although we endeavor to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. We accept no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of our application.

Please be aware that we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our app at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability to you. In the future, we may need to update our app, which is currently available on Android, and the system requirements (and any additional systems we choose to extend the app's availability to) may change. It will be necessary to download the updates if you wish to continue using the app. We cannot guarantee that we will always update the app to remain relevant to you and/or compatible with the version of Android installed on your device. However, we strongly advise you to accept updates to the app when they are offered, as they may contain important bug fixes, security patches, and other improvements.

Finally, we want to emphasize that your use of our application is subject to these terms and conditions, which govern your relationship with us. By using our application, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as any other policies or guidelines that we may establish from time to time. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our application.
