Tech and Inclusion Advocates Ireland is a non-profit community organisation founded in 2022. Its mission to improve multicultural harmony in Ireland by increasing the inclusion, visibility, and representation of people of Black descent and other underrepresented ethnic groups within technology, corporate, and institutional sectors.

Our vision is to advance and promote inclusion and diversity to ensure corporate and institutional spaces in Ireland reflect and include the diversity in today’s Ireland as technology use increases across disciplines.
