There are several really talented art teachers that use technology and they share much of their work on Twitter. Here are some great people to follow:

Apple publishes a lot of books in the book store that are free to educators written by educators - here are some great ones for art integration>
Creatives by Kurt Klynen and company. (Kurt is a great collaborator and he is a great name to look for in the Apple Book store. )

Books by Cathy Hunt (IPad Art Room) This is an award winning art teacher in Australia and her books show how to teach art concepts using iPads.

Many Educators are Encouraging Students to Sketchnote to combine notetaking and sketching. Here is a great book that outlines this.

Apple has published a series as part of their Everyone Can Create Series to encourage creativity with technology in schools. Check out this series for photography, art, music, and drawing. One of the things that is great is that they offer a teacher's guide as well to help you think about how to teach these ideas in K12 classrooms.

Procreate is 9.99 a license but is a very powerful tool
Tayasui Sketches is also powerful but a little more straight forward
