I am the proud father of two wonderful young men. I aspire to be a patient, thoughtful, kind human being and father. My job is to love them. And, help them acquire the skills needed to navigate today's world. 

And, we have a lot of fun doing it.

I chose a career in learning and leadership development because I believe it's important to properly guide new professionals. I do this by providing a variety of meaningful ways for those professionals and future leaders to acquire the skills needed to succeed.
