For the 2020-21 session, the main objectives for the department will be in the order:
>>Web Development (HTML5, CSS3, JAVASCRIPT WITH LIBRARIES, BOOTSTRAP, ETC)
>>App Development
>>Machine Learning, most probably after summer vacations (mainly Neural Networks)
>>Multimedia Department
For Web Development:
First session will be an introductory one, students will be taught about the software they should use for the most efficient outputs. Some students will be filtered out on the basis of their prerequisite skills and will be screened for the executive positions in the department.
Future sessions will be mostly about web and app development, and there will be weekly projects with an input-output procedure.
For App Development:
Students will be taught how to use various applications like Android Studio for developing indigenous applications.
We will follow an input-output procedure, concepts will be taught and projects will be given to students with a deadline to adhere to.
For Machine Learning:
This will be a bonus section of our department, only students we feel are really interested to learn and engage in projects will be taught.
Mostly we will be engrossed in Neural Networks, so that implementation can be started right away after sessions.
MULTIMEDIA DEPARTMENT:
We will teach interested students how to use various media softwares, so that their skill can be used for on and off site competitions and our fest, Logique.
Students who we assess as the best will be chosen for working and assisting us during Logique preparations.
They should be attending the sessions, most probably 2-3 sessions per week.
