Fill out this form as the last step after sumitting your eportfolio, picture of tree and volunteer time. Remember these are all optional to get stars.

There are three ways to receive stars :

1. Plant a tree and submit the picture

2. Create ePortfolio ( Google sites ) and send us the link

3. A minimum of 2 hours volunteering in RSC activities ( other than camp days)

At the end of the course you will need to fill out a certificate verification form
