You can change the calorie goal on Apple Watch using Activity App. If you have set a high-calorie goal and now want to decrease it then you will need to change it. Also, it can be a vice versa case. So let's go ahead and check the steps mentioned below.
Launch the Activity app on your Apple Smartwatch.
Then, force touch colorful Activity rings And Swipe up or swipe across if needed to see the rings.
Now, tap on the Change Move Goal.
Next, use the plus and minus icon to change the calorie goal. Moreover, you can also use the Digital Crown.
At last, tap on Update.
If you have used your Apple Watch Activity for 180 days, then you will be able to see your trend. The chart of activity trends will let you know whether you are doing right or you need some improvements.
Open the Activity app on your iOS device.
Now, tap on Trends from the bottom row.
Next, tap on OK.
Here you will get two different options: Keep it going and Worth a Look.
From the trends, you will be able to see if it is going up or down on the screen.
Without having any second thought you can choose Keep it going section and keep following what you are doing on a regular basis.
