Car disappearing bug & despawning bug is BACK!!!!

Remember that stupid bug where your train cars disappear randomly and where your train despawns randomly? Well, that bug is back! In this section of my website, I talk about the despawning bug, but the car disappearing bug will be discussed.
Problem:
Train cars disappear randomly, and the train is unresponsive to commands.
Only Fix:
Start driving your trains in a private server...
