If you're like me and is constantly on your laptop, then you might notice how dirty (filled with grime or dust) the keys are! Don't worry, this is not your fault, laptop keys tend to pick up dirt and grime over time.
Here's how to clean your keyboard quickly in 7 easy steps.
Things you will need:
Compressed air (Optional but very helpful)
Disinfecting wipes/ Microfiber cloth damped with Isopropyl Alcohol
Low adhesive clear tape/ Cleaning slime
Small soft brush
- First, be sure to turn your laptop OFF and disconnect it from all power sources.

3. Use a soft cleaning brush, such as the Hagibis Cleaning Soft Brush ($14.25 at Amazon) to remove the excess debris. If you don't have a soft cleaning brush an old toothbrush or a small soft paint brush will do the job!

4.Use a can of compressed air, such as the falcon Dust Off ($7.97 on Amazon) to further blow out any stuck, hard to reach remaining debris, making sure to set the straw between the gaps between the keys to properly blow out all dust and debris.

5. Clear adhesive tape and cleaning slime can also be used to remove debris from the keys. If using the clear adhesive tape, use the sticky side to collect additional debris making sure to move the tape under the keys for better cleaning. If using the cleaning slime, such as the Color Coral cleaning slime ($6.99 on Amazon), remove the slime from the container and continuously press down into the spaces between the keys making sure to pick up the dust as you do this.

6. The last step is to disinfect the keys. If you choose to use the disinfecting wipes, lightly use the wipes to clean the surface of the keyboard keys. DO NOT apply too much pressure on the keys while doing this, lightly press your palms over keys. DO NOT use wipes that contain bleach.
