About – Team Transformation

Team Transformation is an accredited international coach training provider by the International Coach Federation (ICF), offering highly interactive and experiential programs called the Team Transformation Programs. These programs are designed by Dr. Haris Syed, Ph.D., MCC, a Master Team Coach and industry expert, based on contemporary team coaching theory. The Team Transformation process goes beyond traditional team building by providing coaching to the team leader and the team through developmental stages, resulting in a transformational experience for the team. By filling the gap in team development with coaching, Team Transformation provides a framework for partnership with team leaders and their teams, allowing for collaborative development that goes beyond organizational mandates.
