What's so special about these Norwex cloths? What gives them such incredible cleaning power--and what IS the difference between "mechanical" vs. "chemical" cleaning? It all comes down to the science behind Norwex microfiber technology. Click this link for information on what makes your cloths their unique abilities.
Have you got a Norwex cloth, but no clue what it's supposed to be used for? First things first: Identify that gem!
The identification word on your cloth's tag is typically your best clue. Here are the most common labels:
Enviro: EnviroCloth.
Window: Window Cloth.
Polish: Either an older Window Cloth (same cloth, different name), or an EnviroTowel (large, green, suede-like weave meant for polishing, or makes a great dish drying towel).
Dust: Dusting Mitt or EnviroWand.
Face and/or Body: If it’s a smooth, suede-like cloth, it’s probably a Makeup Removal Cloth (a gentle cloth for removing makeup). If it's not super thin, it’s probably a Face & Body Cloth (for removing makeup AND cleansing skin).
Optics: For screens and lenses.
Kitchen: There are quite a few types of cloths and scrubbers for the kitchen… send a photo to your consultant for help identifying it!
Car: Car Wash Mitt (wash), Car Cloth (dry), Dry & Buff Car Cloth (dry & buff), or the 3-in-1 Car Mitt (a layered Window Cloth mitt for interior detailing).
Floor: Mop pads!

Norwex carries hundreds of products. One way to find product instructions is to look them up on the Norwex website! (Click or tap the underlined words to open the link.) Each product has a "Use & Care" tab as well as a "Features & Benefits" tab. However, if you find these instructions lacking, please don't hesitate to reach out to your Consultant for help. It's our joy to serve you! We may have pointers and tips from personal experience, and we can look up more information on a product in our Consultant Office.
Want to know the single biggest blunder most people make when it comes to using their Norwex cloths? It's... NOT using their cloths, because they're afraid they'll ruin them!
Your Norwex cloths are hardier than you think. Remember, these are cleaning cloths--not display cloths! If you have any concerns about your cloths not coming clean in the laundry, don't hesitate to reach out to your consultant for reassurance or advice. The more you use your cloths, the more you'll love them!
Every person has a different type of water composition, washing machine, climate, usage and laundering habits, etc. Your cloths may perform happily for you for a year or more without ever needing a "deep clean," but many people find their cloths perform best when they get a deep clean at least a couple of times each year.
If you're fighting persistent cloth odor issues (i.e. starting to smell within 3 days of use after laundering), this may mean the cloths are struggling to come clean and the BacLock is overloaded. Our team leaders with years of Norwex experience can help troubleshoot your possible cause(s) and solution. If you fill out the Google Form here, Caryn or your Consultant will reach out to you with any observations on what adjustments your cloths may need.
Please don't hesitate to contact your Consultant if you have any questions about your products, your warranty, or the 60-day satisfaction guarantee.
