STORM – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the STORM website and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

STORM is a community of gamers created for entertainment, communication, and collaboration. The Services are intended for individuals who are at least thirteen years old. Anyone under the age of eighteen must have permission from a parent or legal guardian before using the Services. By accessing the Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

You agree to conduct yourself respectfully within the STORM community. Harassment, hate speech, threats, or any form of abusive behavior are strictly prohibited. You must not disrupt community events, impersonate STORM staff, or misrepresent your affiliation with STORM. All content you create and submit to STORM remains your property. However, by sharing content on our Services, you grant STORM a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote that content within the community and in connection with the Services.

STORM reserves the right to monitor all activity and remove any content or accounts that violate these Terms. Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal from the Services without prior notice.

The Services are provided “as is” without any warranties, whether express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding the availability, security, or uninterrupted operation of the Services. STORM will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, interruptions, or disputes between users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will take effect upon being posted to the website, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
