STEP 1. (click the link above)

• Upon receiving your Toktok FRANCHISE ID, you will also receive a FRANCHISEE Username and Password to which you will be using upon logging in, to your JC Portal.

• Log in to your account and get acquainted with what's inside, because soon, you will monitor all your income here.

• Go to "Profile" then "view" main account. Check your personal information carefully especially your E-MAIL Address.

VERY IMPORTANT: email add should be Correct, Active and have No Spaces in between.

STEP 2. (click the link above)

• Register as Toktok Operator.

• Fill out and submit the form.

• Wait for the approval within 24-72 hours.

• Make sure to read all the FAQs (Operators, Riders, Customers) on this site.

Take NOTE that attending the Toktok Operator Technical Training is required. (See Below)

The Orientations are of 2 sessions daily, Monday - Saturday:

10:00am-12:00nn & 1:00pm-3:00pm

• Note: During Zoom Meeting, change your name.

Click Participants > Rename

STEP 3. (click the link above)

• Once approved as Toktok OPERATOR, you will receive an email from Toktok Team with your Username and Password.

• Using the said User-Pass, log in to your Toktok Operator Portal.

• Navigate and familiarize your Toktok Operator Portal. As an Operator, this is where you will going to manage your riders, monitor your rider's deliveries, etc.

• Once logged in, go to "Dashboard" > "What you need to know?" tab, and watch all the mini video tutorials that can help you in operating your business as a Toktok Operator.

• Congratulations! You can now start hiring your RIDERS!

STEP 4. (Download from Play Store/ App Store)

• Download - Install - Register in the Toktok App. Under Referral, input your Franchise ID.

• Upon successful registration, you will see the following features:

Delivery

- use this feature if you need something to be delivered.

Pabili

- use this feature if you want to ask your rider to "pabili" something.

Wallet

- use this feature to send and receive money.

Food

- use this feature to order food you craved.

Go

- use this feature if you need a ride to send you to places.

Load

- use this feature to send load to yourself or your family & friends.

Help

- use this feature to.. ugh.. if you need help.
