Low Percentage of Immunized Children Under 5 years of Age
General Objective:
To increase the immunization rates of children under 5 years of age in Barangay Lamisahan from 88% to 95% by the year 2024.
Specific Objectives:
. To increase knowledge of the community residents on the importance of immunization in preventing common vaccine-preventable diseases
To increase percentage of FIC from 50% to 95% by the year 2024
To increase percentage of CIC from 38% to 95% by the year 2024
High Prevalence of Uncontrolled Hypertension
General Objective:
To decrease the percentage of individuals aged 18 years old and above with uncontrolled hypertension in Barangay Lamisahan from 58.7% to 20% by year 2024
Specific Objectives:
To increase knowledge on hypertension and its complications among residents of Barangay Lamisahan aged 18 years old and above to 90%
To decrease percentage of prehypertensive individuals in Barangay Lamisahan aged 18 years old and above from 31.5% to 15%
To decrease percentage of undiagnosed hypertensive individuals without medications aged 18 years old and above in Barangay Lamisahan from 73.7% to 5%
To increase medication compliance of diagnosed hypertensive residents in Barangay Lamisahan from 37.1% to 90%
Inadequate Access to Toilet Facility
General Objective:
To increase number of households with access to toilet facility from 427 to 470 by year 2024
Specific Objectives:
To increase the knowledge of the community residents regarding the importance of zero open defecation
To decrease number of households practicing open defecation from 43 to 0 by the year 2024
