There are three ways to register a small business.

1. Individual Businesses

2. Partnerships

3. As a private limited company

The best way to do this is to be registered as a Private Limited. It is relatively expensive to start with. The Companies Act No. 7 of 2007 is effective for this purpose, enabling a single person to start a company. This is very advantageous because the assets of this individual are safe. However, many people are ignorant about this and do not want to register their business as a private limited company because of the fact that registration can be difficult and somewhat difficult, and due to the unnecessary fear of being a company and spreading society. But there are many advantages of the limited private company system.
