The TeamFar Pizza Pan (12-inch stainless steel) wins because its pure metal construction offers the healthiest, most durable surface for serious home bakers. The runner-up is the black non-stick version, which I recommend if you want effortless food release and don't mind hand-washing only.
• TeamFar Pizza Pan — best for health-conscious bakers who prioritize longevity; pick this if you want a toxic-free, dishwasher-safe pan that can handle years of heavy use without coating failure.
• TeamFar Pizza Pan — best for those who struggle with sticking or prefer a dark aesthetic; pick this if you value easy cleanup and even baking results over the ability to throw it in the dishwasher.
• TeamFar 9 — best for small households or single servings; pick this if you need compact trays for personal pizzas, cookies, or quick reheating tasks without cluttering your oven space.
This first option is a straightforward, no-nonsense piece of cookware designed for people who want their food to taste like food, not like old chemicals. It is crafted entirely from high-grade stainless steel, meaning there is absolutely no non-stick coating to worry about peeling off, flaking into your dough, or degrading under high heat. For anyone who has ever seen a cheap pan lose its finish after a few months, this solid construction feels like a permanent solution rather than a temporary fix. The brushed finish on the exterior isn't just for looks; it helps resist scratches and wear, keeping the tray looking presentable even after being tossed in the dishwasher repeatedly.
In daily use, this pan excels when you are making pies for a crowd. The twelve-inch diameter provides ample room for a standard family-sized pizza, and the gently sloped edges are a subtle but brilliant design choice. They keep toppings from sliding off the side while still allowing you to slide the finished pie onto a cutting board or serving platter without damaging the crust. Because it is made of thick, sturdy metal, it distributes heat effectively, helping you achieve that crispy bottom crust that so many home ovens struggle to produce. You can take it straight from the freezer to the oven, and then right into the dishwasher, making it incredibly versatile for busy weeknight dinners or weekend entertaining.
My recommendation here is clear: choose this specific model if you are tired of replacing coated pans every year or two. The trade-off is that it lacks the slick, instant-release surface of a non-stick pan, so you will likely need to use a little oil or parchment paper to ensure the dough doesn't stick. However, this is a minor inconvenience compared to the peace of mind that comes from knowing your cooking surface is chemically inert and built to last decades. It is the ideal choice for the serious home cook who values health and durability over convenience.

The second option takes a different approach by combining a stainless steel core with a modern black non-stick coating. This hybrid design aims to give you the structural integrity of metal with the ease-of-use of a non-stick surface. The core remains robust and rust-resistant, ensuring the pan won't warp easily, while the specialized coating allows dough and cheese to glide off with minimal effort. This is particularly useful if you often find yourself struggling to get a stuck crust off a bare metal pan, as the smooth interior significantly reduces the need for excessive oil or butter.
What stands out in real-world scenarios is how well this tray handles smaller batches or delicate toppings. The slightly lower profile compared to some heavy-duty pans makes it fit comfortably in many toaster ovens and standard home ovens alike. The rolled edge is soft to the touch, preventing burns when you are reaching into a hot oven to check on your bake. It is an excellent tool for creating a perfect personal pizza or a small dessert pie where you want the presentation to be flawless without the risk of tearing the crust during removal. The black finish also hides minor scuffs better than a bright silver surface might, keeping your kitchen tools looking tidy.
I would suggest this model for bakers who prioritize ease of cleaning and food release above all else. The main trade-off is that you cannot put this in the dishwasher; the manufacturer explicitly recommends hand washing with a soft cloth to preserve the coating's integrity. Over time, abrasive scrubbing or harsh detergents could degrade the non-stick layer, meaning this pan requires a bit more gentle care than its all-metal counterpart. If you are willing to wash it by hand to extend its life, this is a fantastic middle-ground option that balances performance with user-friendly features.
For those living alone, in a dorm, or simply wanting to make individual portions without heating up a massive oven, the nine-inch set is the practical answer. This product comes as a pair of compact trays, which is a significant advantage for efficiency. Having two identical pans means you can prepare one pizza while the other is ready to go, or you can bake multiple items simultaneously without crowding. The smaller size is perfect for personal meals, reducing waste and energy consumption while still delivering that desirable crispy texture thanks to the quality stainless steel construction.
These mini pans are surprisingly versatile beyond just pizza. The shallow depth and smooth surface make them excellent for roasting bacon, reheating leftovers, or even serving fruit and snacks at a party. Because they are made of uncoated stainless steel, they share the same health benefits as the larger twelve-inch model: no toxic fumes, no chemical leaching, and complete dishwasher safety. The gently sloped edges again play a crucial role here, ensuring that toppings stay contained whether you are making a tiny pepperoni pie or a batch of mini quiches. The rolled rim provides a comfortable grip, which is essential when handling small trays that might be slippery when greased.
My opinion is that this set is essential for anyone who cooks frequently but has limited counter or storage space. The trade-off is obviously the size; you cannot make a large family meal on these trays. If you are hosting a dinner party for six, you will need to bake in multiple rounds. However, for everyday use, the ability to bake two things at once often saves more time than the size limitation costs. It is the smartest choice for singles, couples, or anyone who wants a reliable, healthy baking solution that doesn't dominate their kitchen.

Yes, the all-stainless steel models are fully dishwasher safe and resistant to rust. The non-stick version should be hand washed only to protect the coating from damage.
Absolutely. All three options are constructed to withstand high oven temperatures, with the stainless steel models offering superior resistance to warping under intense heat.
For the non-stick model, very little oil is needed due to the coating. For the bare stainless steel pans, using a light coating of oil or parchment paper ensures the easiest release.
The 12-inch pans are designed for full-sized family meals or parties, while the 9-inch set is intended for individual portions, snacks, or quick reheating tasks.
