As for Team Edwards, Donna loves those high-rep, high volume, muscle burning workouts.
I'm just not that tough! I prefer short sharp killer cardio workouts or strength training with lots of rest/staring-out-the-window time :)

When you book your first PT Anywhere video or video package you'll get an email with a link to a Health and Lifestyle Form so you can tell us what you want our videos to be for you.
What exercises do you like, which don't you enjoy very much (burpees anyone??) and what lifestyle factors will influence the videos we make for you?
We want to know Your Fitness Story So Far.
Or if you're new to all this, why have you decided to start this journey?
You can also buy an optional Facetime/Phone Consultation - this allows us to really dig deep into your goals, motivations, preferences and personality (a big deal in personal training!)
Whatever you decide, when you buy your first PT Anywhere video, we'll get to know you so we can create just the right workouts for you.
Then it's time to find out just what kind of exercises you can do!
Before we start shooting your video we really need to know what sort of exercises you can do (without pain!)
So we'll send you a 20 minute free workout video plus checklist which acts as a little test to see which exercises you are happy to do.
Once we've had your Health Form and Exercise Test back from you that's when the fun really starts!
Next, Team Edwards gets to work shooting your PT Anywhere videos.
Using the information you've given us we create your perfect personal training workouts.
Donna will be performing the exercises so you can see how it's done, and I'll be on hand in the videos with technical points, encouragement and lame jokes :P
Three business days after you sent back your Exercise Test results...
You'll receive an email with a link to your first brand spanking new, completely unique and tailored PT Anywhere video, the MP3 version (see below), and infographic.
You can watch your new video online, or download it to watch offline.

Well, having your own custom-made personal training videos is pretty cool, I must admit, and being able to use one personal training session as many times as you like is SUPER cool, but we like to do everything we can to make it really easy for you to do the workouts you've paid for, even if you're at the gym or the park and watching video isn't as practical.
We're just passionate about getting you burning calories :D
So for every single PT Anywhere video we make for you, we also record a totally separately-made mp3 version of your workout which comes with a little infographic of the exercises. Boom (as they say).
