Writing to express emotions

Lines and colours can be used to express emotions and momentary feelings. In my previous studies, we explored the different levels of thickness, colour, intensity and visualisation.

When I looked at La La Land, I immediately saw a mixture of blue and purple in front of me. So I used the brightest white to express the pauses in the waltz

In addition to the blue-violet mixture of colours being a touch of the setting sun for me,

I used a Chinese "liu", means flow of water.

to express my emotion for everything as flowing water.

Methodology

A stream graph is essentially a stacked area graph, but displaced around a central horizontal axis. It looks like flowing liquid, hence the name. A stream graph showing a randomly chosen listener’s last.fm music-listening habits over time.
