CONTEXT

1. The climate is cold and temperate, the average annual temperature is 7.8 degrees, Brasov has a significant amount of rainfall during the year. Rich natural resources, including surface and underground waters, fertile agricultural land, oil and gas. Because of the heavy rains we decided to ad in our house a hydraulic power station ,so we can produce electricity from water.And also because of the agricultural land we will have a fruits and vegetable garden in the yard.

2 Foundations: Adobe because its a material that keeps the house steel and warm, Pillars: Concrete because it is a strong material that will help twice the steeling house , slabs: stone because will keep the walls of the rooms in a perfect shape and they will not fall and roofs: solar panels because we can used the sun for the energy an also we will be protected from water.
