Centennial students lead sessions showing how each part of the team contributes to a competitive robot each year. This is an interactive, open house format where guests are welcome to ask questions and interact with our team. The sessions will include Design, Build, Programming, and Business & Marketing. Attendees can earn a stamp for each session attended. Each stamp earns one entry into a prize raffle at 12:30.
Visitors can explore design tools, watch live demonstrations, and learn how creative technology supports robotics innovation. This hands on learning area provides you with an opportunity to learn more about 3D printing, cut vinyl, make your own button and more. This area is open to all ages and will include informal demonstrations and hands-on engagement. Highlights include 3D printing displays, Cricut design samples, button making and more.Â
A hands-on robot driving experience will be available in the cafeteria or nearby hallway, featuring several FRC and smaller robots. Robots will be configured for safe public interaction, with reduced speed settings and protective setups such as carpeted flooring, barrier tables, and required safety glasses for participants. Sessions will run until 12:00, with limited drive time per participant to ensure broad access. Team members will assist with controls and setup.
Former coaches, mentors, and alumni are encouraged to return for the event, with a dedicated space in the West Learning Commons featuring printed photos and digital slideshows of past team memories. Coaches and mentors will be in this area to reminisce and reconnect with former team members.
