In eight separate co-creation sessions, our teaching peers across the region shared their experiences and insights to help layout the teaching reality of this context so that we, as a community, can better communicate what type of support teachers in this context need to improve their practice. We brought together over 130 teachers from 8 locations across Bulgaria, Greece and Serbia to discuss: challenges and opportunities that shape the teaching reality, goals for our students, and what are the features of an impactful lesson/activity for this context. The mission here is to deepen the conversation about how best to facilitate meaningful learning for our students.
Below are the RAW results from those co-creations. This data is raw and just the beginning of a process of human-centered design. We will continue to build on this content together with passionate researchers and experts in the field that see the value of starting the conversation in the classroom with the insights of the facilitators (teachers) and their students.
